On a walk this week, I reveled in the deep, verdant greens of the grass, leaves, and rolling valleys surrounding the park. My dogs must have felt it too—out of nowhere, they took off running, energized by the vibrant world around us.

Despite what Kermit the Frog once sang, being green isn't that hard at all. In fact, it’s the most natural state of life. It is the color of spring! Green is vitality, renewal, and growth. Scientifically, it represents balance—plants thrive when they have sunlight, water, and nutrients in harmony. The same applies to us. Our mindset, focus, and energy determine whether we flourish or wither.

Be like water—fluid, nourishing, and unstoppable. Water doesn’t question whether a seed deserves to grow; it simply flows—generous and unwavering—and life responds. Your attention is no different. Whatever you pour your all into—goals, relationships, personal growth—will bloom. If we nurture our dreams with focus, effort, and belief, they take root and expand. If we feed relationships with care and positivity, they strengthen. But if we neglect or poison them with doubt, fear, or negativity, they shrivel.

You’ve heard the saying the grass is greener on the other side—but that’s an illusion. The grass is greener where you water it. Instead of looking over the fence at someone else’s success or happiness, focus on tending to your own. A career flourishes when you invest passion. A skill sharpens when you practice. Love deepens when you give fully. Every moment is an opportunity to water the ground you stand on and make it thrive.

Think about how you feel around different people. Some leave you feeling full of life, inspired, and refreshed—like standing in a lush green forest. Others drain you, leaving you parched like a desert under the midday sun. Surround yourself with those who nourish your spirit, and be the one who adds life to others.

Keep watering what matters with positivity and you won’t just walk through greener pastures—you’ll be the reason they exist. You’ll be so full of life that you make it rain wherever you go. šŸ¤“ šŸ€ 🐸
